We are at Garlic World from Saturday to Sunday (we take a few weekends off for vacations, etc). We serve 11 am – 4 pm or until sold out. Because slow smoked meat takes many hours (ribs 4 hours for example) Mike get to GW at 6 am to start the oak wood fire and start cooking so things are ready by 11 am.
We do not like to wasted food and we do lot reheat our food so when we run out for the day that is it! If we have things left over at the end of the day we share with our neighbors (we are very popular in the neighborhood lol) or take the food to the homeless.

Order with Us
We bring our 12-foot, slow-smoke rig to your home or venue to prepare everything onsite. We provide paper plates, napkins and plastic cutlery or you can provide your own plates and linens. We set up and serve your guests from a buffet line. Does not include table service or clean up.
Prices start at $28 per person. This includes green salad, garlic bread, beans (baked or chili), potato salad ($2 per person extra) and your choice of 1-4 meats to feed your group.
Meats we offer: Tri-Tip, Ribs, Chicken, Pulled Pork

You can call, message or email ahead to place your large group order and we will prepare in aluminum serving trays ready for service. We will have it ready for you to pick up at Garlic World in Gilroy, CA (Saturday and Sundays) at the time you specify.
Prices are the same as our restaurant prices.
